With my career spanning across 4 decades, I have taken pride in delivering mechanical and electrical upgrades with the utmost professionalism.
At Pritchard Group our goal is to work seamlessly in live environments; maintaining safety, communication and quality at every stage.

HR & Admin Manager
My role sits at the heart of how Pritchard Group functions day to day.
I look after the full employee and supplier journey, recruitment, onboarding, contracts and performance, as well as the policies that ensure everyone is treated fairly.
I also take care of the operational side of the business: office management, facilities, suppliers, internal workflows and all the processes that help teams work at their best.
Compliance & Admin
I manage compliance whilst providing project support and administrative management.
Despite being early in my career, I've quickly built a solid foundation in ensuring processes and procedures meet regulatory and internal standards.
Alongside compliance, I keep operations running smoothly day-to-day, with efficiency and a keen eye for detail.
