I founded Pritchard Group to raise the standard of service and delivery in our industry. Not just in the work itself but the way we manage people, manage risk and maintain trust.

With my career spanning across 4 decades, I have taken pride in delivering mechanical and electrical upgrades with the utmost professionalism.
At Pritchard Group our goal is to work seamlessly in live environments; maintaining safety, communication and quality at every stage.
We put people first, always. From the building's occupants to our own team and the trusted partners who share our standards and commitment.
HR & Admin Manager
My role sits at the heart of how Pritchard Group functions day to day.
I look after the full employee and supplier journey, recruitment, onboarding, contracts and performance, as well as the policies that ensure everyone is treated fairly.
I also take care of the operational side of the business: office management, facilities, suppliers, internal workflows and all the processes that help teams work at their best.
Compliance & Admin
I manage compliance whilst providing project support and administrative management.
Despite being early in my career, I've quickly built a solid foundation in ensuring processes and procedures meet regulatory and internal standards.
Alongside compliance, I keep operations running smoothly day-to-day, with efficiency and a keen eye for detail.

Operations Director
I have a real passion for compliance and for protecting stakeholders by making sure they understand their legal duties, responsibilities and the standards required throughout a project.
At Pritchard Group, I work closely with our teams, clients and consultants to ensure compliance is considered from the outset, not treated as an afterthought.
I’ve also teamed up with several industry experts and we’re currently working on something special designed to better support stakeholders, simplify their responsibilities and help them navigate compliance with greater confidence.
Senior Project Manager
I’ve worked alongside Shane and Kevin for the past nine years, delivering projects across a range of challenging and live environments.
That long-standing relationship means I understand the standards, expectations and approach that sit behind Pritchard Group.
My focus is on keeping projects organised, programmes moving and communication clear, while ensuring quality, safety and the client experience remain at the forefront throughout delivery.
Senior Project Manager / Head of Operations – North of England
I oversee project delivery across the North of England, supporting our teams from pre-construction through to completion and ensuring projects are properly planned, coordinated and delivered to a consistently high standard.
I have a strong focus on systems, processes and operational efficiency, helping to make sure our teams have the structure and support they need to perform at their best.
Outside of work, I have a keen interest in bonsai trees - a hobby that reflects the same patience, attention to detail and long-term approach I bring to project delivery.

I enjoy taking on complex projects and the challenges that come with bringing multiple workstreams, teams and stakeholders together.
My focus is on planning ahead, solving problems early and keeping communication clear throughout delivery, particularly when working within live and occupied environments.
I take real pride in seeing a challenging project come together successfully and knowing it has been delivered safely, efficiently and to the standard our clients expect.

I take a hands-on, practical approach to project delivery, working closely with our site teams, clients and supply chain to keep projects organised, safe and moving in the right direction.
I enjoy solving problems, coordinating the detail and making sure everyone understands what needs to happen next.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing the saxophone, which gives me a great way to switch off and enjoy something completely different from the day-to-day of project delivery.

My versatility allows me to support projects at different stages, while keeping organised, communicating clearly and making sure the detail is taken care of.
Outside of work, I’m currently learning aerial hoop - another challenge that keeps me focused, determined and always learning something new.
