What we collect
- Details you send through our enquiry and partner forms: your name, organisation, email address, phone number and message.
- Your email address if you sign up for our updates.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to provide quotes and services you ask for. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To send you our updates, if you have signed up. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the link in every email.
- To keep the website secure and working. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts this website, and Brevo, which delivers our form submissions and emails. Both are bound by data processing agreements. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep them for the life of the contract plus six years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move the personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email info@pritchard-group.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
